History and Mission

Founded in 2009, the Seawolves Athletic Club (SAC) is comprised of Southern Maine Community College Alumni, friends, and staff.  The SAC is a non-profit organization that exists to increase the awareness of (SMCC) varsity sports programs and student-athletes.  The SAC will provide financial funding support through various fund-raising and endowment activities with the sole purpose of providing (SMCC) student-athletes with the best intercollegiate athletic experience possible.

Why We Give

Participating in athletics helps students develop teamwork, respect, and spirit. Providing a well balanced experience both on the playing surface and in the classroom.  Donations to the SAC help improve the college's facilities and equipment in order to provide SMCC student-athletes with a positive athletic experience.
