Softball Earns Two Victories Over Vermont Technical College

South Portland, ME. The softball team won both games of their conference doubleheader against Vermont Technical College this afternoon.  The Seawolves dominated game one with a 11-3 victory in five innings and took game two 8-2.

In game one, sophomore Jamie Moody (Cumberland, ME) went 3-for-3 with 2 singles, 1 double and 2 RBIs.  Freshman Charlotte Lewis (Chatham, NH) controlled game two by earning the win from the mound.  Lewis also went 2-for-3 at the plate with a double and a triple and one RBI.

The Seawolves are now 10-19 overall and 6-1 in conference play.  They take the field for another doubleheader tomorrow against Vermont Tech. Game one is scheduled to start at noon.
