SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine— The Southern Maine Community College golf team took first place in its home invitational at Sable Oaks Golf Course on Saturday, Sept. 17. The SeaWolves fired a team score of 366, 24 strokes better than second place finisher New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI). Great Bay Community College (GBCC) took third scoring a 454, Dean College with a 460, and the University of Maine- Augusta (UMA) fifth carding a 484 on the challenging course.
CONCORD, N.H.-- The Southern Maine Community College golf team finished second in a full field of seven teams at Beaver Meadow Golf Course on Saturday, Sept. 10. The SeaWolves recorded a cumulative 360, one stroke behind first place finishers Paul Smith’s College and Dean College (non-conference).
