CAPE ELIZABETH, Maine— In an exciting finish at Purpoodock Golf Club, the Southern Maine Community College (SMCC) men’s golf team emerged victorious in their first home tournament of the year, clinching the title with a total score of 237. The Seawolves edged out the University of Maine at Farmington by 10 strokes— the Seawolves’ second team finished in third, giving SMCC two of the top three team finishes.
CONCORD, N.H.— The Southern Maine Community College (SMCC) men’s golf team finished second at NHTI’s home match at Beaver Meadow Golf Club on Saturday, Sept. 7. The University of Maine at Augusta took home the victory with an overall score of 314 followed by SMCC with 319.
