Seawolves Secure Third at Husson Invitational

GORHAM, MAINE – The Southern Maine Community College men's golf team placed third at the Husson University Invitational on Saturday, September 13th, 2025, shooting a team score of 301 (+17) at Bangor Municipal Golf Club.

The University of Southern Maine claimed the team title with a 295 (+11), while Husson University finished second at 300 (+16). SMCC (301), Colby (304), and the University of New England (310) rounded out the top five.

FOR THE SEAWOLVES:

• Sophomore Matt Quigley led SMCC with a 70 (-1), placing 2nd overall.
• Freshman Will Farschon carded a 72 (+1), tying for 3rd.
• Freshman Drew Goulet finished with a 79 (+8), tied for 22nd.
• Freshman Tuck Walker shot an 80 (+9), tied for 25th.
• Sophomore Chris Keene added an 83 (+12), tied for 35th.
• Sophomore Brandon Chilton (competing as an individual) posted an 84 (+13), tied for 39th.
