Lady Seawolves Drop to UNH
South Portland –UNH’s Katie Steinmetz gave up only two hits and had four strikeouts in tonight’s shutout at SMCC as the Wildcats rolled to a 13-0 victory in five innings of play. Leading the way for the Wildcat offense was shortstop Megan Gibbons who went 4-4 at the plate with three singles, a double, three RBI’s and two runs.

Leftfielder Danielle Mobbs (Richmond, VT) and centerfielder Michela Desjardins (Fort Kent, ME) accounted for the Lady Seawolves two hits in tonight's contest.
With this loss the Lady Seawolves drop to 1-1 overall and 0-0 in YSCC play. SMCC will be back in action tomorrow September, 15th in a double header against Eastern Maine CC.
