An impressive pitching outing by by Owls' pitcher Sarah Packard left the Seawolves scoreless as the Owls picked up the win.
In game two the Owls picked up a run in each of the first two innings to take the 2-0 lead but the Seawolves fired back with four runs in the bottom of the second thanks to some creative base running and a double from catcher Amber Jones (Deer Isle, ME). SMCC's Danielle Mobbs (Richmond, VT) tacked on one more run in the third to give the Seawolves a three run advantage before the Owls' dominated in the fourth, putting up seven runs and taking a 9-5 lead, which the Seawolves would never overcome.
