The College of St. Joseph's scored three runs in the third inning, two in the fourth and one run in the sixth collecting only four hits. The Saints capitalized on three SMCC errors and some timely hits by Allison Hinton, Krysta Konderwich and Alana Todd to earn the win and advance to the YSCC final game at 3 PM vs. the CMCC/NHTI winner.
SMCC's duo of Erica Brochu (Lewiston, ME) and Charlotte Lewis (Chatham, NH) were solid from the pitchers circle for the Seawolves allowing only four hits over the game.
Three Lady Seawolves were named to the YSCC All-Conference team; Anna Allard (Parsonfield, ME), Lewis and Abby Nielsen (North Yarmouth, ME).
The Lady Seawolves finish the season with a 11-12 record overall, 5-7 in conference play.
