Head Coach Jordan Yanni commented, "This packed schedule will be a test to our pitching depth and our stamina—it will also be a chance to try our guys at different positions on the field against five established programs. Finding reps outside in March is always a challenge in Maine, so having this experience will get us in form earlier in the season and will be an opportunity to develop team chemistry."
