SeaWolves Pick Up Two YSCC Wins Over Great Bay
SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine—The Southern Maine Community College (SMCC) baseball team earned a Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) sweep over the Herons from Great Bay Community College at Graves Athletic Field on Saturday, April 23.

Game 1 (5 innings): W, 23-0 [BOX]
The SeaWolves offense posted runs in every inning to feature 13 in the third. Six collected multi-hit games highlighted by a 4-4 performance by first-year Sam Keblinsky (Ellsworth, Maine). Keblinsky matched a season-high four RBI.
First-year starter Emerson Tucholski (Westlake, Ohio) threw a one-hit complete game to pick up his third win of the year.
Game 2 (5 innings): W, 21-0 [BOX]
First-year Mitchell Quigg (Braintree, Mass.) totaled a career-high three hits and four RBI in four trips to the plate; three others connected for two-hit games.
First-year Alex Walker (Dalton, Mass.) made the start to toss two innings of no-hit baseball. The SeaWolves turned to Jack Falvo (East Hartford, Conn.) and Liam Milne (Medfield, Mass.) to finish the afternoon and the shutout effort.
The sweep lands SMCC 19-11 overall and 4-1 in league play; Great Bay stands 0-7, 0-7 YSCC.
The SeaWolves return to action on Monday, April 25 when they entertain the Wolverines from Bridgton Academy in a single 9-inning affair. First pitch is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
