SMCC Men's Golf Place 1st and 2nd at SMCC Invitational

CAPE ELIZABETH, Maine – The Southern Maine Community College golf programs showcased thier depth at the Purpoodock Invitational on Saturday, September 21, 2025. The SMCC Men's team competed as two teams (A and B). The A team captured the title with a 306 (+22), while the B team secured second place with a 327 (+43).

Central Maine CC (336), UMaine–Augusta (340), and NHTI (364) rounded out the top five in the eight-team field.

FOR THE SEAWOLVES (MEN):

• Will Farschon took medalist honors with a 72 (+1).
• Drew Goulet posted a 74 (+3), tying for 2nd.
• Matt Quigley shot a 75 (+4), tying for 4th.
• Chris Keene recorded an 85 (+14), tying for 12th.
• Tuck Walker added an 86 (+15), placing 14th.

FOR THE SEAWOLVES (MEN B):

• Dani Aguado carded a 74 (+3), tying for 2nd overall.
• Brandon Chilton shot an 80 (+9), placing 8th.
• Alex Watts finished with an 84 (+13), 11th.
• Anthony Signore turned in an 89 (+18), tying for 18th.
• Ben Farschon posted a 91 (+20), tying for 21st.
