HOW IT HAPPENED:
The Bobcats struck just over a minute into the match to take a 1-0 lead, but the Seawolves didn't take long to find their footing. In the 22nd minute, freshman defender Alexis Kelsea (Auburn, Maine) continued her great season with an unassisted strike to draw things level.
Right before halftime, junior forward Jocelyn Civiello (Sanford, Maine) found the back of the net with a solo effort to give SMCC a 2-1 lead heading into the break.
The Seawolves kept the pressure on in the second half, with Addie Fiandaca (Springvale, Maine) making it 3-1 in the 60th minute. Civiello added her second of the game just ten minutes later, finishing off a play set up by Jadyn Eastman (South Berwick, Maine) to put the game out of reach.
